GLOC-KUT 3233 is a new premium quality synthetic coolant. This material was especially formulated to fill the need for a superior transparent grinding coolant. GLOC-KUT 3233 was designed to overcome the many disadvantages often associated with synthetic coolants and soluble oils such as foaming, rusting, gummy residue, salts, dermatitis, rancidity, etc. GLOC-KUT 3233 does not include nitrates.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

GLOC-KUT 3233 is for use on all types of surface grinders (Blanchard, Mattison, etc), both rotary and reciprocating table types. It may also be used on light duty OD grinding where no lubricity is needed. It can be used to grind all ferrous metals: low carbon, high carbon, alloy, manganese, nickel. chromium, molybdenum, vanadium, stainless, titanium, monel, tungsten, wrought iron, malleable iron, cast iron, etc. It is effective in carbide grinding, offering excellent detergency and cleanliness.
