GLOC-WIRE EDM RP is a high quality water soluble corrosion inhibitor for use in electrical discharge machine fluids that use water. This product inhibits corrosion and aids in particle filtration. Use dilution is up to 300 to 1 (Parts water to EDM-RP). GLOC-WIRE EDM RP is a heavy concentrate with high quality additives that provide excellent corrosion protection, preventing the build up of rust on work pieces and non-stainless holders.

Low usage- only 1% dilution with de-ionized water is needed for corrosion protection.

Clean- does not leave tacky heavy residue.

Non-ionic- will not effect de-ionizing resins and will not alter conductivity levels.

 

GLOC-WIRE EDM RP can be used on new or existing machine installations. GLOC-WIRE EDM RP is generally mixed in de-ionize water at concentrations only at 1% providing optimal rust protection with no sticky or tacky residue. GLOC-WIRE EDM RP exhibits excellent stability.
