GLOC 15003 W-S is a high quality water extendable general purpose machining coolant for use both with ferrous and non- ferrous metals. GLOC 15003 W-S is a biostable coolant based on food grade canola oil. GLOC 15003 W-S contains chlorinated extreme pressure additives to enhance tool life and is manufactured from premium virgin vegetable oils and fortified with a special additive package. GLOC 15003 W-S contains no petroleum oil and has lubricity which results in excellent surface finish and tool life when machining aluminum alloys. Fungus and bacteria are inhibited to provide long sump life. GLOC 15003 W-S thin tack free product residues provides rust protection to both machine and parts. Typical use dilutions are 5% to 15% in water.

The list is endless, including many other difficult to machine exotic type metals. GLOC 15003 W-S exhibits excellent lubricity and long term stability. GLOC 15003 W-S are protected from rust and corrosion by a thin residual film.
