GLOC 561 Honing Oil is a transparent extreme pressure cutting and machining oil. The sulfur and chlorine additive package provides excellent anti-weld characteristics. A unique polar lubricity additive package offers improved penetrating and wetting properties. The low viscosity formulation possesses excellent cooling and enhances flushing of the chips. GLOC 561 Honing Oil is light in color.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

GLOC 561 Honing Oil is recommended for honing of hardened tool steel. GLOC 561 Honing Oil can be used successfully for difficult deep hole drilling operations. Excellent anti-weld characteristics prevent the formation of built-up edge. Due to its very low viscosity, GLOC 561 Honing Oil provides an excellent flushing vehicle to force chips out. GLOC 561 Honing Oil will perform satisfactorily in various form grinding and broaching operations of ferrous metals.
