GLOC CLEAN SC #19 DESCRIPTION Product Data GLOC CLEAN SC #19 is a liquid alkaline sump cleaner for coolant clean-outs and general maintenance cleaning.
KEY PERFORMANCE BENEFITS Safe to use as directed on all metalworking industrial steels. Phosphate and Nitrite Free Non-Corrosive Formulated to provide good in process rust protection for ferrous and non-ferrous metals and prevents rusting of machine tool surfaces. Safe for use on concrete and most commercial plastic finishes.
TYPICAL APPLICATIONS
GLOC CLEAN SC #19 will effectively clean a surface of oil, grease and contaminants. This product should be used before introducing new lubricants and after discharging a sump of contaminated lubricants. GLOC CLEAN SC #19 should be introduced into a machine and allowed to reticulate through the machine and sump for a minimum of 30 minutes. After recirculating GLOC CLEAN SC #19, remove and flush machine with water for 5 minutes. Immediately charge the machine with new lubricant and recirculate to avoid corrosion and resume normal operation. GLOC CLEAN SC #19 contains inhibitors to deter bacterial growth. This product is best when used as received, but may be debuted with water. Common dilutions are 2 to 5%.

Storage/Handling/Disposability No health or safety hazards exists when GLOC CLEAN SC #19 metalworking fluid cleaners are stored, used and disposed of in accordance with instructions given on the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product.
