GLOC-KUT EP
is a Heavy-Duty Semi-Synthetic Micro Emulsion Concentrate with excellent hard water stability.  GLOC-KUT EP was develop with specialty additives and raw materials combined together to create our finest series of cutting and grinding fluids. GLOC-KUT EP contains no nitrites, phenols, chromates, active sulphur or phosphorous. GLOC-KUT EP has a Bio-Stable additives and anti-oxidants combined with special lubricity agents and base oils to naturally resist biological degradation. GLOC-KUT EP has superior lubricity and extreme pressure (EP), which can be use on aluminum.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS

 

GLOC-KUT EP was developed for any type of ferrous to non-ferrous metals such as stainless, nickel, aluminum, vanadium, bronze, inconel, cast as well as nodular iron and tool steels such as FX, P20, M1, M2, H13 and C4130. GLOC-KUT EP covers a multitude of usually difficult machining and grinding operations. GLOC-KUT EP is equally recommended for large central systems as well as for individual sumps. GLOC KUT EP may also be used for machining of most plastics and glass.

Refractometer concentration charts have been prepared in dilutions using de-ionized (DI) or distilled water.  Different types of water can have a significant effect on refractometer readings of coolant samples.  It may be necessary to prepare your own chart using plant water.
