GLOC-RUST RELEASE 87 DESCRIPTION Product Data GLOC-RUST RELEASE87 is a solvent cut-back rust preventative designed for temporary rust protection primarily in industry application. GLOC-RUST RELEASE 87 has been developed and formulated as an effective water displacing, non-staining, rust preventative for temporary indoor protection of metals. GLOC-RUST RELEASE 87 leaves a slightly oily film that is almost invisible. corrosion protection TYPICAL APPLICATION GLOC-RUST RELEASE 87 is primarily designed for short term indoor protection of finished and ground parts, bearings, wire, automotive parts, screw machine parts, etc. GLOC-RUST RELEASE 87 may be applied by spray or brush, however, for best results and complete coverage of all cavities, it is recommended that dip application be incorporated wherever possible. GLOC-RUST RELEASE 87 also offers excellent protection characteristics on steel exposed to acid fumes. GLOC-RUST RELEASE 87 is easy to remove with petroleum solvents, kerosene, chlorinated solvents or alkali wash by rubbing, dipping, hot bath or vapor phase degreaser.
