ANAEROBIC THREADLOCKERS
MRO Solutions anaerobic compounds are formulated for use in threadlocking, sealing, joining, fastening and retaining applications of metal components. Unlike conventional anaerobics, MRO compounds are non-surface sensitive so they do not require use of primers for curing.
MRO Solutions anaerobics will reduce inventory costs by eliminating the need for mechanical locking devices, such as plastic inserts, lock washers, set screws, lock nuts and cotter pins. Machining and assembly costs will also be reduced. The gap filling capability of the MRO anaerobics allows for greater tolerances between parts.
Once parts are mated with MRO anaerobics, they form a unitized assembly that resists vibration. In addition, the mated parts are sealed against attack from corrosion, internal rust, seizure, solvents, gases, and other chemicals.
Solution 10 - Medium Strength Blue Threadlocker
Solution 11 - High Strength Red Threadlocker For fasteners up to 1" diameter
Solution 12 - High Strength Green Penetrating Threadlocker
Solution 14 - High Strength Red Threadlocker For fasteners greater than 1" diameter
Solution 15 - Low Strength Purple Threadlocker For fasteners under 1/4" diameter
