SOLUTION 1000 is formulated specifically for use at food processing plants in which incidental food contact may occur. SOLUTION 1000 protects stainless steel and other alloy materials found in the food industry. Prevents seizing, galling, rust, and corrosion. Lubricates stainless bolt threads while easing assembly and disassembly. SOLUTION 1000 has excellent water resistance. Formulated to be a soft white antiseize paste. Temperature resistant to 1000 ° F. SOLUTION 1000 contains only ingredients recognized by the FDA as safe for incidental food contact, as published in 21 CFR, Parts 170-190.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS: Threaded connections, bearings, bushings, pumps, valves, gears, and other food processing equipment. Many applications exist in bakeries, breweries, food packaging plants, schools, and beverage plants.

DIRECTIONS: Always refer to Material Safety Data Sheet and precautions on product label for safety information.

  1. Clean threads or application area.
  2. Apply thin coating with stiff bristle brush.
  3. Assemble parts.
  4. To avoid contamination, close container when not using.
