SOLUTION 1800 is a general purpose antiseize formulated with copper, aluminum, and graphite in a high-quality grease. This silver-colored antiseize protects parts from corrosion, rust, galling, and seizing. SOLUTION 1800 eases assembly and disassembly of metal parts. Lubricates bolt threads while reducing friction and wear. Temperature-resistant to 1800 ° F.

SUGGESTED APPLICATIONS: Threaded connections, metal fittings, manifolds, heat exchangers, packings, flange bolts, pumps, valves, compressors, bushings, machinery, castings, turbines, dies, and many other parts that may require disassembly.

Clean threads or application area.
Apply thin coating with stiff bristle brush.
Assemble parts.
