It quickly frees frozen parts, loosens dirt, corrosion, scale, and other binding elements. SOLUTION 200 lubricates parts, reducing friction, to keep them working longer. Properties:
Flash point (liquid) 140° F % Non-volatiles 20 Propellant Carbon dioxide Boiling point 350° F Specific gravity 0.82 Vapor density Heavier than air Evaporation rate Slower than ether Solubility in water Nil APPLICATIONS: Frees screws, nuts, bolts and other metal parts that have been frozen due to rust, scale, corrosion, paint, varnish, gum or carbon. Loosens screws, nuts, joints, studs, fasteners, pins, pipe couplings, machine parts, bolts, pipe fittings, etc. Lubricates tight fitting parts such as hinges, locks, cranks, tools, chain drives, locking mechanisms, carburetor linkages, power tools, casters, etc. DIRECTIONS: Always refer to Material Safety Data Sheet and product label for safety information. Hold can upright. Do not get lubricant on walking surfaces. To lubricate, spray parts liberally before assembly. Allow several minutes for penetration on tough, corroded applications. Tapping parts lightly may help loosen them and aid penetrating action. Repeat application and tapping if necessary. For pinpoint application or to get into hard-to-reach areas, firmly insert extension tube into hole in spray button. |
