SULKUT D DESCRIPTION Product Data SULKUT D This product contains active sulfur and is designed for use on ferrous and ferrous alloys applications calling for an extreme pressure (EP) cutting oil. SULKUT D is a heavy duty multi-purpose cutting and machining oil. SULKUT D is formulated from severely hydro treated mineral oil combined with an extreme pressure, anti-weld and lubricity additive package. SULKUT D contains a unique detergent additive to aid in the removal of this product in aqueous cleaning systems. This well balanced blend of active sulphur EP additives designed to prolong tool life as well as anti-mist to minimize misting, plus a anti-weld characteristic along with very high film strength to improved lubricity. This versatile fluid is designed to perform satisfactorily in a wide range of cutting, drawing and machining operations. SULKUT D should not be used on copper and it’s alloys.

TYPICAL APPLICATIONS SULKUT D is recommended for most metal machining operations including thread grinding, tapping, turning, drawing, stamping, deep hole drilling, form grinding and cutting. SULKUT D is a excellent universal cutting oil for all ferrous metals, from free machining metals up to difficult machining high alloy steels. Storage/Handling/Disposability No health or safety hazards exists when SULKUT D metalworking fluids are stored, used and disposed of in accordance with instructions given on the Material Safety Data Sheet for this product.
